I am a PhD student at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
I recently completed my BA in ESPS (Economics, Statistics and Data Science) at University College London. Meanwhile, I was also working part-time as a Research Assistant at the LSE Centre for Economic Performance Wellbeing Programme.
Above all else, I am motivated by issues concerning subjective wellbeing. My proposed research would look at the factors affecting employee wellbeing. Besides statistical analysis, the methodological focus in this is two-fold. First, I look forward to exploring applications of data science techniques to this issue. Second, I am planning to conduct experiments both in the lab and with companies.
My research interests in general include well-being, health, education, policy and programme evaluation, applied microeconometrics and data science.
